Unit Description: As a Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Cardiology department, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients with varying health conditions. Your role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care plan. You will be a vital part of both nursing and multidisciplinary teams, delivering direct patient care, education, and preparing patients for ongoing care during transitions. Opportunities to take charge of the unit may arise based on operational needs. This position supports outpatient triage nurses at 62 and 118 Tilley Drive.
