Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will use the nursing process to provide tailored nursing care to residents. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including healthcare providers, to deliver effective care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting resident assessments
• Implementing and evaluating care plans
• Providing education and support to residents
• Coordinating resident care

As an RN, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe and efficient administration of care. You will adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and follow established nursing standards.

Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications specific to your department.
