Requirements Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. References Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Proof of Identification Driver's license required Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Must have communications skills, teamwork, put patients first, we do BSSR and Hourly Rounding, phlebotomy, IV starts, EKG, Tele monitoring, cardioversions, critical thinking skills, time management.
