Job Description
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Staff Nurse II provides direct care to surgical patients, focusing primarily on the immediate postoperative period. The PACU Staff Nurse effectively utilizes the nursing process, medical therapeutics, and both technological and personal interventions to assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients within a designated time frame.
Requirements
• CA RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• 2 years of relevant experience
