Registered Nurse - PACU in Baywood Park, CA

We are seeking a dedicated professional accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. This includes direct patient care, patient and family education, and managing transitions of care in an acute patient setting. The role is based in the Day Surgery Unit, catering to both adult and pediatric patients. The candidate must be proficient in working across pre-op, PACU, and post-op areas.

Requirements
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• PALS
• CA RN Licensure
• 2 years of experience as an inpatient PACU RN and/or 2 years of experience in an outpatient surgical setting

Shift Details

The position requires working 4x10 hour shifts with variable start times between 0600 and 0930. There is no on-call requirement and no weekend shifts. Please note that the closing shift, from 0930 to 1800, may require staying late if a patient does not meet discharge criteria.
