Facility: GSS ND Mandan Sunset Location: Mandan, ND Address: 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 12.00 Pay Info: $10,000 Sign On Bonus Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to provide the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include: • Assessing and planning care tailored to each resident's needs. • Implementing and evaluating care strategies in partnership with healthcare team members. • Providing education and support to residents and their families. • Ensuring the safe delegation of tasks to both licensed and unlicensed staff members. • Maintaining compliance with nursing standards and practices as defined by the Nurse Practice Act. This position includes the potential to act as a charge nurse, guiding the nursing staff and contributing to the coordination of care. You will uphold the principles of nursing professionalism, ensuring patient safety and quality service at all times. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred. • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable. • Ongoing maintenance of required competencies and certifications.
