Are you a dedicated and compassionate RN seeking a meaningful leadership role in home care? At Griswold Home Care NoVA East, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to the elderly and disabled in our community. We're searching for a 30 +/- hour Monday through Friday part-time nurse whose passion for quality care and leadership aligns with our mission of compassion and excellence.
In this role, you'll work from our Old Town Alexandria office and serve clients across Northern Virginia. You'll lead a team of top-notch caregivers and collaborate with families and community partners to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Monitor and improve the quality of care services, addressing client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Lead and supervise a team of RNs and CNAs, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospice, home health, and other community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with Virginia health laws and regulations while developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Document client and employee records accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Virginia (BSN or associate degree in Nursing required).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and think critically.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to support clients, families, and caregivers.
• Willingness to attend events, participate in professional development, and stay current on trends in home care, healthcare management, and dementia-focused care.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in home care, home health, hospice, geriatrics, or case management.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
