Responsibilities: • Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members dedicated to guest care. • Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions for guests. • Conduct health assessments and promptly notify physicians of any changes in guest status, implementing new orders as needed. • Develop personalized care plans based on assessments and effectively carry out nursing care. • Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications. • Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and assist in developing comprehensive care plans. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. • CPR certification required.
