Registered Nurse - PCU in Jackson, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional to provide exceptional care to patients. Requirements • Licensure: Must have a valid California RN license and certifications at the time of application. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in stepdown, PCU, ICU, or telemetry settings. • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. • Epic Experience: Required. Shift and Schedule • Shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. • On-call: Not required. • Floating: Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs. • Block Schedule: Not available. Additional Information • Patient Ratios: 3:1 ratio in the PCU department. • Local Candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile travel requirement at a local rate.
