Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/16/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating • Employment Type: Local Contract HIGHLIGHTS: • Required Experience: 2+ years experience Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU • Shift Requirements: 12hr variables - 645 am - 715 PM and 645 pm-715 am • Shift rotation every week or every two weeks • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 • No blocked scheduling requests and no travel pairs with same schedule requests will be accommodated • Required Certs: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS • EPIC experience required • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend (weekends are Fri-Sun). Every other Holiday • Float Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed.
