• Travel: $2500 on 36hrs, $3300 on 48hrs, $1253 Stipend.

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Prolink, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and evidence-based patient care in accordance with established protocols. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, closely monitoring patient conditions, administering medications accurately, interpreting vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining precise medical documentation, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Administer compassionate and evidence-based patient care following established protocols.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and closely monitor patients' conditions.
- Administer medications accurately, including IV infusions, adhering to best practices.
- Interpret vital signs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to sterile processing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care guidelines.

Skills:
- Proficiency in physical examinations and safe lifting techniques.
- Experience in geriatrics, case management, IV infusion, and patient care.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Exposure to Level I Trauma Center or memory care settings.
- Competency in cardiac catheterization procedures and catheterization techniques.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- 2 years experience
- Knowledge of medical records management and handling complex medical cases is advantageous.
