Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and direct essential nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes as per physician orders and in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies. You'll work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate a comprehensive plan of care that meets the needs of each patient and their families.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality clinical services within your scope of practice while adhering to infection control standards.
• Cooperate with other members of the patient/client's care team throughout the care continuum, from admission to discharge.
• Perform clinical nursing assessments based on federal/state requirements and payer needs.
• Verify patient/client eligibility and medical necessity for services as specified by payer and agency policy.
• Create and adjust individualized plans of care/service plans in coordination with community providers.
• Ensure that the plan of care aligns with patient needs, making necessary revisions with physician approval.

Required Qualifications:
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in your state.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to provide care in any home environment, respecting all backgrounds and circumstances of clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Your compensation will reflect various factors, including local labor markets and individual experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes incentive programs, stock purchase options, and a 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role ranges from $28.27 to $50.48 for full-time employment.
