Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This position requires advanced skills in pediatric care, including suctioning, medication administration, tube feeding (g-tube and ng-tube), oxygen therapy, seizure monitoring, and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pediatric nursing, possess exceptional clinical skills, and demonstrate a caring demeanor towards young patients and their families. • *Responsibilities:** - Perform suctioning procedures as needed. - Administer medications according to established protocols. - Manage tube feeding through g-tubes and ng-tubes. - Monitor oxygen therapy and adjust settings as necessary. - Conduct seizure monitoring and provide appropriate interventions. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients. -Complete initial, follow-up, Post-hospitialization and discharge assessments as well as bi-weekly nursing summaries. - Provide education and support to patients' families regarding care protocols and home management. -Conduct supervisory visits of staff • *Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital or pediatric care setting. - Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred Proficiency in performing suctioning, medication administration, and tube feeding (g-tube and ng-tube) procedures. - Strong understanding of oxygen therapy management and seizure monitoring. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks. • *Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience. • *Application Instructions:** Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are passionate about pediatric nursing.
