Responsibilities • Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a home health setting, prioritizing their comfort and safety. • Perform detailed patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes. • Administer prescribed medications • Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress in a timely manner. • Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans. • Provide education to patients and their families on effective health management and wellness practices.
