Essential Responsibilities • Welcome and escort patients and families to examination rooms with warmth and professionalism • Obtain and accurately document patient medical histories and vital signs • Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians with procedures • Administer pediatric vaccines and immunizations following established protocols • Perform venipunctures on pediatric patients, including newborns • Perform wound care including applying dressings and suture removal • Collect laboratory specimens and perform point-of-care diagnostic testing • Respond to patient and family inquiries with empathy and clinical expertise • Maintain medical supply inventory and place orders as needed • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Mississippi • Minimum of two (2) year full-time clinical experience in pediatrics • Demonstrated proficiency in administering pediatric vaccines and performing venipunctures on pediatric patients, including newborns • Thorough familiarity with the pediatric immunization schedule (CDC guidelines) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding customer service orientation with a positive, professional demeanor • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Self-motivated with initiative and creative problem-solving abilities • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Ridgeland, MS What We Offer • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Comprehensive benefits package including health, coverage • Work-life balance with no weekends or evenings required • Professional development and continuing education support • Collaborative, patient-focused work environment • Opportunity to grow with an established, thriving practice Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
