We have an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our Pediatrics team located at 2209 John R Wooden Drive, Martinsville, IN 46151. This role is part of a small, dedicated team with extensive experience, committed to enriching the community through compassionate care. The position is a hybrid role that includes both telephone triage and clinical rooming of patients, with responsibilities such as patient education, taking vitals, administering immunizations, and performing point-of-care testing. While the primary location is in Martinsville, occasional coverage may be required at other pediatric practices within the South Region, including Bloomington, particularly during holidays or weekends — not expected to exceed four times per year. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel beyond standard commuting distance. Pediatric experience is preferred.

Schedule: 24 hours weekly | Mon - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Will work occasional weekends and holidays
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
