Registered Nurse - PEDS / Med- Surg in Honesdale, PA

Description Full-Time and Part-time positions. Candidate will perform the primary functions of a RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of all assigned patients on the unit during her / his shift. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of PA. Participates in educational conferences, updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to areas of responsibilities. Prior nursing experience preferred. Physical Standards : Constantly : (Exists 75% or more of the time) Moving Frequently : (Exists 25-75% of the time) Standing; walking; reaching (overhead, forward, lateral, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); twisting; balance; lifting and carrying 0-25 lbs. Occasionally : (Exists 5- 25% of the time) Sitting with and without back support; climbing; crawling; lifting and carrying 25-75 lbs.; pushing and pulling 0 - > 100 lbs. (help is available pushing 75 - > 100 lbs. / pulling 0 - > 100 lbs.); operating machinery; exposure to infect hazards, slippery surfaces, moving machinery, fumes. Rarely : (Exists under 5% of the time) Lifting and carrying 75 - > 100 lbs. (help is available > 100 lbs.); exposure to radiation, chemical hazards, vibration.
