Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a per diem capacity, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and comfort of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical information.
• Providing necessary wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care delivery.
• Overseeing and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
