What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse • Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments and crafting tailored care plans to address patient concerns and enhance their experience. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs and facilitating their recovery process. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary. • Serve as a resource for fellow staff members, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate the victories and milestones achieved by our patients, reinforcing their journey of recovery. Qualifications • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations. • Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
