Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will have the opportunity to assess patient conditions, develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medications, and work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities Include: • Conducting thorough patient assessments and crafting individualized care plans. • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as per physician orders. • Monitoring and accurately recording patient vital signs and medical information. • Providing wound care and other necessary nursing interventions. • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. • Overseeing and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care is provided.
