Position: Registered Nurse - Per Diem

What You Will Do: As a Registered Nurse, you play a crucial role in the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as necessary
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care
