
Registered Nurse Per Diem in Makawao, HI
Job Description
• PAY: $45.00 per hour
• BENEFITS: ·
• 403(b) agency plan will match 4% of employee gross after 1 year of employment and 1000 hours of work each year.
• JOB TYPE: Per Diem, 12 hour shifts, 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 1. Provide CIWA-AR assessments, vital signs, etc. on all clients entering ICSP/LCRS Program and/or Residential Program, and train staff for the same.
• 2. Review admission physical examinations on all clients entering ICSP/LCRS Program.
• 3. Complete TB examinations on all clients entering ICSP/LCRS and/or Residential Program, as well as for staff annual TB test requirements.
• 4. Complete all required forms and documentation in client files of ICSP/LCRS clients.
• 5. Performs diagnostic evaluations and assessments on clients and their families as needed.
• CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
• 1. Current RN State of Hawaii license.
• 2. CPR/FA Certification
• 3. Current driver’s license, current car insurance, clean traffic abstract and criminal abstract
• EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• 1. RN. BSN preferred.
• 2. Minimum of one (1) year of paid work experience in a drug/alcohol treatment program working with chemically dependent persons, co-dependents and family members including children and youth is preferred. 3. One (1) year experience working in a detoxification program preferred.
Pay: $45.00 per hour
