Your Vision as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional treatment. • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. • Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care, providing direct patient support as required. • Serve as a resource for staff, guiding them in addressing complex patient needs and inquiries. • Celebrate patient successes and milestones! Qualifications • Valid RN license as required by state regulations. • Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
