Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized care plans for each resident.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to established protocols.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting medical information accurately.
• Providing essential wound care and nursing interventions as required.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Mentoring and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality care.
