Your Role as a Registered Nurse: • Oversee patient care and treatments, designing personalized care plans to address individual needs. • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, helping them navigate their healing process. • Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent patient-centered care. • Support fellow staff with complex patient issues and serve as a knowledgeable resource. • Share in the joy of patient successes and recovery milestones. Qualifications: • Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification preferred. • One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital settings is preferred.
