Registered Nurse - Primary Care in Colchester, CT

Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing skilled nursing care under provider direction. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patients' responses to health problems. You will be an integral member of our healthcare team, reporting to a Practice Manager, and will have the chance to make a real impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care for patients in various clinical settings.
• Develop and implement nursing plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Utilize appropriate practices, standards, protocols, and guidelines in delivering patient care.

Qualifications:
• Current Connecticut RN License is required.
• Preferred experience in a Medical/Surgical Office setting.
• Familiarity with medical software is beneficial.
