Key Responsibilities • Clinical Leadership:Act as the subject matter expert for patient education, assessments, and the interpretation of clinical data. • Care Coordination:Manage telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and schedule emergent appointments to ensure timely care. • Hands-on Care:Perform IV insertions, administer medications, and provide direct patient support as needed. • Team Collaboration:Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and provide cross-coverage for LPN or Medical Assistant duties to ensure seamless clinic operations. • Administrative Support:Accurately enter provider orders and maintain meticulous documentation within the patient record. Requirements • Professionalism:A commitment to excellent customer service and a professional demeanor in all interactions. • Adaptability:The ability to work autonomously with strong critical thinking skills, while also thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere. • Licensure:Valid RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact).
