• As an Emergency Department RN, you'll be at the heart of providing compassionate, high-quality nursing to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in patient advocacy, education, and care coordination.
• Deliver expert emergency nursing care using the full nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Document care thoroughly and thoughtfully.
• Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new team members and students.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• What We're Looking For :
• RN License
• : Current or compact state license (Iowa).
• Experience
• : One year of RN experience preferred. New grads welcome if you've completed a senior preceptorship in our ED or have relevant emergency / EMS experience.
• Mandatory Reporter training (within 3 months of hire)
