In this fulfilling role as a Registered Nurse, you will engage in comprehensive primary care that spans internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's health. You will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment alongside professionals from behavioral health, pharmacy, complex care, and interpreter services.
Newly hired full-time RNs with relevant experience who commit to a minimum of two years at CHA may qualify for a sign-on and retention bonus of $10,000. Part-time employees may be eligible for a prorated retention bonus; please consult your HR Advisor for more details.
Role Summary: The Registered Nurse will be accountable for planning and delivering patient care based on established nursing standards. You will demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical expertise in managing patients with complex needs, taking full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: MA RN Licensure required.
• Certifications: Must maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Work Experience: Minimum of two years of current ambulatory nursing required, including experience in pediatrics and OB/GYN for family sites.
• Linguistic Capabilities: Proficiency in a second language preferred.
