In this role, you will coordinate care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education through direct, telephonic, or telehealth encounters. Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
• 18 months of professional nursing experience
