Facility: Woodsedge Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1000 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 1.00 Salary Range: $38.78 - $58.33 Union Position: Yes Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is essential for delivering individualized nursing care to residents through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate care. The responsibilities include: • Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments. • Educating residents and conducting various nursing interventions. • Possibly serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to both licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. • Ensuring safe and reliable resident care and addressing any service concerns. You will function within the standards of nursing practice as per the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in your state of licensure. Sanford's professional nursing practice aligns with the American Nurses Association's Scope and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for Nurses. Qualifications • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program, such as the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). • Possession of an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintenance of required department-specific competencies and certifications.
