Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 per hour

About the Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. By employing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation—you will provide personalized nursing care tailored to our residents' needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to design and implement effective care plans.
• Participating in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment across various phases of resident care.
• Coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and performing essential nursing interventions.
• Serving as charge nurse as needed and delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensuring that care is administered safely and effectively, in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

We are looking for dedicated professionals who have:
• A graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program (Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred).
• An unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Commitment to maintaining required competencies and certifications.
