Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate comprehensive patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to implement and assess patient care
• Provide empathetic care to patients throughout preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Demonstrate nursing expertise and commitment to best practices
Qualifications
Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, including institutions recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Current unencumbered RN licensure in the state's board of nursing where this position is being practiced, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
