Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), your role will involve:
• Utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care to residents.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams in planning and implementing care.
• Demonstrating nursing competency across all care phases, from prevention to treatment.
• Coordinating care, conducting assessments, and providing resident education.
• Possibly serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks appropriately to other personnel.
• Ensuring the safety and quality of care provided by the nursing team.
We adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and maintain the highest standards of nursing practice, guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should:
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possess multistate licensure if within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications relevant to the department.
