Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process-assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation-to provide individualized nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including healthcare providers, to develop, implement, and assess care plans. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinate resident assessments, education, and nursing interventions. • Possibly serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on resident care needs and competency levels. • Maintain adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and apply nursing standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications We prefer candidates who have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program, including those accredited by CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Requirements include: • Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or multistate licensure if applicable. • Commitment to maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.
