We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (Cardiac Step-Down) to join our team on a PRN basis for night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, IL. Job Highlights: • Immediate Need: Experienced RN for Progressive Care Unit (Cardiac Step-Down) • Location: SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital - Mount Vernon, IL • Shift: PRN1 - Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) • Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of RN experience • Availability for 2 shifts per 28-day schedule with a 12-hour weekend requirement • Work one holiday per year Make an Impact! Education: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience: • A minimum of 2 years of RN experience is required. Physical Requirements: • Ability to communicate effectively, stand, walk, lift/carry, and utilize fine motor skills. • Must have the ability to discern visual and auditory information. Licenses/Certifications Required: • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) from the American Heart Association. • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
