Your base pay will be determined based on your skills and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Please note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits, but they can participate in the 401(k) program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coordinate resident care in partnership with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents, ensuring continuity of care and accurately documenting observations and care activities.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote optimal resident care.
• Current RN License is required for this position.
