Work Schedule: PRN (Shift hours may vary)
Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process, applying your skills for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role emphasizes collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assessing and addressing the healthcare needs of residents through effective care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Providing guidance and support to assistive personnel and ensuring safe delivery of nursing care.
• Offering education and support to residents and their families about health maintenance and care procedures.
• Maintaining compliance with state practice laws and nursing standards.
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of seniors and strives for excellence in nursing practice.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
