Location: 411 Calumet Ave N, De Smet, SD 57231, USA
Shift: Varies
Job Schedule: PRN
Weekly Hours: Varies
Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. You will engage collaboratively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive resident assessments
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Coordinating care to enhance health outcomes
• Oversight of nursing interventions in a safe and effective manner
In this role, you may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring they have the support needed to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
To succeed as an RN with us, you should have:
• A degree from a nationally accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
• A current, unencumbered RN license with the state nursing board
• Commitment to maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
