Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse provides leadership in delivering top-notch nursing care aimed at ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring proper documentation and delegation of tasks. What qualifications are needed: • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or currently enrolled in a BSN program with a commitment to obtain your BSN within five years of hire. Exemptions may apply based on experience. • License: Must possess current licensure as a registered nurse in North Carolina and obtain eNLC license where applicable within 30 days of employment start date. • Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider and WOCN National Certification required. • Experience: At least one year of hospital nursing experience.
