Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (Nights) in Wheat Ridge, CO

Description Join our dynamic team at UCHealth UCHlth Memorial Hosp Central in Colorado Springs, CO, as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit during night shifts. This is a full-time role that allows you to make a significant impact by providing top-level patient care in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour (dependent on experience) This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. Current ACLS certification. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, with a card valid for at least sixty days from the hire date. Your Role: Deliver exceptional patient care using the nursing process, focusing on wellness and evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Mentor new healthcare professionals and embrace continuous learning in an innovative environment. Ensure safety and quality care at the point of delivery. About the Unit: Provide hands-on care in a technically advanced Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
