In our Progressive Care units, which include Acute Medical, Cardiac, and Neuro Step-Down, you'll find opportunities to advance your leadership skills in roles such as Preceptor, Clinical Practice Leader, and more.

About our Progressive Care (Step Down) Units:
Acute Medical Step-Down:
This unit offers care for high-acuity patients within a culture emphasizing teamwork and mutual respect.
Cardiac Step-Down:
Our Cardiac ICU Step-Down comprises 50 beds, providing specialized telemetry monitoring for cardiovascular disorders and facilitating personalized discharge planning.
Neuro Step-Down Units:
Our Neuro Step-Down Unit features a team of high-performing nurses dedicated to exceptional care for patients recovering from neurosurgery and neurological injuries.

Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing or above is required, with a preference for degrees from accredited programs.
• Registered Nurse-NM License required.
• BLS certification is MANDATORY at the time of hire.
