Espirita is seeking experienced and dedicated Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurses to join a respected healthcare facility in North Carolina. This long-term placement offers international nurses the opportunity to advance their clinical skills while working in a fast-paced, high-acuity PCU environment with full relocation and onboarding support. You will manage complex patient conditions, assist with cardiac and respiratory monitoring, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and patient safety. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs • Administer medications and titrate drips as ordered • Perform frequent assessments and implement targeted care plans • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition • Provide specialized care for post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, and step-down patients • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards Candidate Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • NCLEX-RN passed or in progress • Minimum 24 months recent acute care PCU or Step-Down experience • English language proficiency • Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Rate: $38–$45 USD (based on experience) • Healthcare: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage • Visa Sponsorship: Full immigration support provided Relocation Package • Paid flights and airport transfers • Hotel accommodation upon arrival • Credentialing and licensure assistance Commitment to Inclusion Espirita is committed to fostering a respectful, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
