Responsibilities: • Provide intermediate-level care to patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to general medical-surgical units. • Administer and manage medications, including IV drips, anticoagulants, and pain management protocols. • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Operate and manage medical equipment such as telemetry monitors, infusion pumps, and oxygen therapy devices.
