Join our dedicated nursing team in making a lasting difference in the lives of children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary treatment team. 
Core ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent nursing care to adolescents and adults in our behavioral health settingConduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plansMonitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as neededDocument patient care accurately and thoroughly through daily progress notesCollaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement measurable treatment goalsLeadership & EnvironmentCreate and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patients' rightsBuild professional relationships with patients, families, and staff membersParticipate in treatment team meetings and care coordinationMentor and support nursing team membersAdvocate for patient needs and ensure quality of careQualifications Required Active Registered Nurse license in [state] (or eligible compact license)Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent CPR certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to patient-centered carePreferredExperience in behavioral health or pediatric nursingBackground in inpatient psychiatric careKnowledge of mental health assessment and treatmentSchedule12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)Weekend rotation requiredFull-time positions availableWhy Join Perimeter?
