Schedule: Fulltime 36hrs/week - Nights About Us - Rehab Unit We are the area's only inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the third floor at Freeman Hospital East. • 20 beds serving patients with strokes, lower extremity fractures, non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, amputations, cardiac and trauma/medically complex patients • All patients are required to participate in 3 hours of therapy per day, 5 out of the 7 days in the week • The best part of our department is the team oriented approach to care and the opportunity to get to know the patient and watch them improve before your eyes What You'll Do In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provisions of safe and effective care. Requirements Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
