Job Description
Shift: 7am-7:30pm; 11a-11:30p; rotating weekends, rotating holidays
Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for RNs with qualifying experience

Primary Patient Population:
• Stroke Rehabilitation
Key Skills Utilized and Learned:
• Neurological assessments
• Adaptive Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transfer and Mobility training
• Rehabilitation-specific education for patients and families
Collaborative Team Environment:
• Working alongside LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, and Dieticians
Unit Details:
• Total Beds: 14

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or another Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
