Your Role in Making a Difference: • Deliver compassionate, direct care to patients and residents, upholding the highest quality standards. • Supervise the daily activities of nursing assistants assigned to your care. • Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards, along with facility policies set forth by the Director of Nursing. • Ensure nursing staff adheres to established policies and procedures. What You Need to Succeed: • Active RN license in the state of residence. • Current CPR certification. • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to perform well under pressure. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. • Advanced technical, assessment, and documentation skills with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
