Under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you'll collaborate with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide exceptional care. Here's what you can look forward to:
• Patient Care: Engage with patients personally, ensuring they receive safe and high-quality dialysis treatments. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patient conditions during sessions, and reviewing medication profiles monthly to ensure optimal care.
• Team Collaboration: Become an essential part of our interdisciplinary team by participating in patient assessments and care planning. Ensure compliance with center staffing requirements as directed by the Administrator, adhering to state regulations.
• Commitment to Safety & Quality: Work closely with the Charge Nurse to uphold company standards, complying with state and federal regulations. Participate actively in staff meetings and ongoing education to enhance your skills.
What We Are Looking For:
• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to identify all primary colors.
• Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience, particularly in dialysis.
