Your Role:
• Full-Time shifts available for all schedules.
• Every other weekend availability is required.
• Competitive base pay starting at $40 up to $53/hour with shift differentials.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be crucial in promoting the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with skilled nursing teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient health and develop tailored care plans
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• Monitor and document vital signs and health information
• Provide wound care and necessary nursing interventions
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal care delivery
• Guide and support LPNs and CNAs in providing high-quality care
